On-Site Delivery Work

For items that cannot be delivered using the stairs alone

We handle items that are difficult to bring in via indoor stairs, including refrigerators, front-load washing machines, and mattresses. Primarily serving Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa, we determine the best method after checking the position of windows and balconies, the road width, and the item's dimensions.

For work using a powered ladder, delivery and installation generally take about one hour. If, after visiting the site, we determine that safe delivery and installation are not possible, we will not charge a service fee.

Typical Service Examples

Delivery Methods Tailored to the Item and Building

The work required and pricing vary depending on the delivery route, dimensions, weight, and number of items. Here are representative examples of the services we provide, along with key details about each job.

Example 01

Delivery of a large refrigerator to the second floor

We deliver, remove, and install refrigerators weighing up to 90 kg on the second floor of apartments and detached homes using a powered ladder. An example service fee is ¥44,000 (including tax).

Example 02

Delivery and Installation of a Front-Load Washing Machine

For apartments and detached homes on the second floor, we handle delivery using a powered ladder, connection, and operational checks such as a test run. An example service fee is ¥44,000 (including tax).

Example 03

Delivery of a Massage Chair to the Third Floor

Depending on the conditions, lighter massage chairs can also be hoisted with ropes. An example fee for delivery and installation on the third floor of an apartment is ¥25,000 (including tax).

We can also discuss collecting furniture and appliances that are no longer needed as part of the replacement service. If you have a budget or preferred delivery method, please let us know when requesting an estimate.

How the work looks

Precision Delivery Starts with Preparation

Before work begins, we check the item and delivery route and use protective materials and secure fastening to prevent damage to the building or item. We choose a safe method suited to the conditions at each site rather than forcing an item through.

Three scenes: hoisting belongings onto a balcony, moving a large item indoors using a powered ladder, and carrying a glass panel up a staircase
We confirm the installation position and securely hand the item over at the window.

We protect the floor and walls and carefully move the item to its installation location.

After installation, we check the connections and operation to help you start using the item with confidence.

Preparing for an Estimate

Photos and Model Numbers Speed Up the Assessment

Please send the official LINE account photos of the second-floor exterior, the municipality where the delivery will take place, and information about the item. For appliances, providing the manufacturer and model number makes it easier to confirm the dimensions and weight.

After reviewing the information, we will provide the delivery method and estimated price. Since service availability depends on the building conditions, please start by contacting us with photos.

What we check

For Safe Work

  • The location of openings available for delivery, such as windows and balconies
  • Dimensions, weight, and manufacturer model numbers for refrigerators, washing machines, and furniture
  • Conditions for setting up a moving lift, including road width and available parking space

Even if you are unsure about some details, please send us any photos you can provide. Based on the information we need to confirm, we will explain how the work will proceed on the day.
