We provide second-floor delivery, removal, and installation of refrigerators, drum-type washing machines, sofas, bed mattresses, and more, primarily in Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa.
We also handle one stage of a moving job, post-sale appliance installation, and replacements in managed properties. We confirm feasibility based on site photos and item information, and if delivery cannot be completed on the day, no service fee will be charged.

What to Share Before the Work
Please send photos of the building’s second-floor exterior, the municipality where the items will be delivered, and details about the items. For large appliances, including the manufacturer and model number will make it easier to confirm the delivery method and provide an estimate.
We check the window and balcony locations, road width, and surrounding obstacles to plan the access route for the day of the work. Even for an urgent replacement, please consult us first about the site conditions.
