Determine the moving method suited to the site
We handle items that cannot pass through the staircase or entrance, including refrigerators, washer-dryers, sofas, and bed mattresses. Serving primarily Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa, we check the windows, balconies, passageways, and item dimensions, then select a powered ladder or rope lifting method.
Even when a crane truck cannot be used on a narrow road, if we can review the access route from photos, we can explain the specific work required before visiting the site.

Please let us know by phone or through our inquiry form which furniture or appliances you would like moved in or out, along with your preferred date. Official LINE also offers free estimates based on photos.
- 02Estimate provided
We check the load’s size and weight, as well as the windows, balcony, and road width, then propose the appropriate method and price. Because the cost depends on the access route and number of items, we confirm the details before finalizing the estimate.
- 03On-site visit
Our staff will visit at your scheduled time and reconfirm the access route on the day of the job. We will protect the walls and floors as needed to prevent damage.
- 04Delivery and installation
We use a powered ladder to move items to the second floor, and can also install and connect refrigerators and front-load washing machines. When conditions are suitable, installation of a large appliance can be completed in about one hour.
- 05Payment
Payment is made after you have reviewed the completed work. If you would like us to collect furniture or appliances you no longer need, please discuss this with us when requesting your estimate.

For deliveries to the third floor, lighter sofas and bed mattresses may sometimes be hoisted by rope. Please also tell us your budget and preferred delivery method when requesting an estimate.
What to check before work begins
For safe delivery
We check the height to the window or balcony, the shape of the railing, and the indoor installation location, then protect the furniture and appliances during the work. If there is no parking space in front of the destination or the road is narrow, please send us photos as well.
