In addition to deliveries using powered ladders, we can also hoist lighter sofas and bed mattresses to the third floor by rope. Before work begins, we thoroughly protect surfaces and secure the items to safeguard both your home and belongings.

Simply send photos of the second-floor exterior, the municipality where the delivery will take place, and information about the items through our official LINE account, and we can assess the best delivery method.

If you have photos showing the manufacturer's model number or the delivery route, the assessment will be smoother. The method and price vary depending on window and balcony dimensions as well as the size and weight of the items, so please start by sharing the details of your situation.

If we are unable to deliver and install the item on the second floor when we visit, you will not be charged. We clearly explain the basis for our decision and make recommendations with safety as our top priority.
