Our staff have more than 15 years of experience as moving professionals and design a practical method after checking the access route and the size of the items.
Please contact us even for narrow stairways that appliance retailers have declined or narrow roads that crane trucks cannot enter. Send us photos and we will provide a free estimate while reviewing the conditions around the windows, balcony, and interior.
Delivery and installation
With a powered ladder
From delivery through connection.
We use a powered ladder to move heavy appliances such as refrigerators and front-load washing machines to the second floor. After delivery, we also install and connect them; for front-load washing machines, this includes operational checks such as a test run.
For a standard second-floor delivery, the estimated work time is about one hour. The method and price vary depending on the size, weight, and number of items, as well as the route to the window or balcony, so we will provide guidance tailored to the site.

We take care not only of your valuable furniture and appliances, but also of passageways, areas around windows, and indoor floors. We do not decide on the delivery method based solely on conditions on the day; we review the photos you provide in advance to identify the necessary preparations.
We can also discuss deliveries to the third floor. Depending on the conditions, lighter sofas and bed mattresses may be hoisted by rope, so please start by telling us about the items and the access route.
