Moving-in examples
The method we use varies depending on the building's floor, the weight of the item, and the location of windows and balconies. Here are three representative examples.
When an item cannot be brought through the entrance or staircase, we check the access route and use a powered ladder. An existing example for moving in or out and installing a refrigerator weighing up to 90 kg is ¥44,000 (including tax).
For lighter sofas and bed mattresses, we can also use rope hoisting depending on the conditions. An example of moving in and installing a bed mattress on the third floor of an apartment is ¥25,000 (including tax).
We also proceed through operational checks, including installation and test operation after moving the item in. An example of moving in and installing an item on the second floor is ¥40,000 (including tax); pricing varies depending on the work involved.
