Common inquiries

I was turned down because the staircase is too narrow

We check not only the stairway width, but also landings, corners, and the route around windows and balconies. Please let us know what items are involved, such as a refrigerator, washing machine, or sofa.

Can you move items to the second or third floor?

We handle moving large appliances to the second floor. For the third floor, we may consider rope hoisting for lighter sofas and bed mattresses. The options depend on the conditions.

Can I arrange unwanted-item removal at the same time?

You can also consult us about collecting items that are no longer needed when replacing furniture or appliances. Rather than separating moving and collection, we coordinate the work to suit the overall job on the day.
